- Relative Importance has been derived using multiple regression
analysis with Employee Engagement as the dependent variable and
each of the Parameters as Independent variable.
- Since PBR has been identified as the Key Driver and its importance is
45.8%, the demarcating line for LOW and HIGH importance has been
put at 45%.
- Performance is based on top two box relative scores taking 70% as
the cut off for LOW and HIGH performance.
